Art was Noel’s strongest subject at school, painting with various media on paper canvas and wall!
Noel started serious painting with watercolour 30 years ago after completing a poster project for work.
Noel’s initial subjects were in and around Stone and Stafford. Various follow-on commissions brought more subjects such as RAF retirement, civic, home & garden.
Success in Staffordshire Open Art provided encouragement.
